Group training is very similar to personal training, it is not everyone doing the same thing. The training is specific to your goals and needs. You are trained individually within the group by a personal trainer. Before your training commences we offer a free assessment to determine your goals, Body fat and lean mass percentages and offer nutritional consulting. Regular assessments are given to ensure you are achieving your optimum results and stay motivated.
