Group Personalised Training 


This is why we are the best personalised training studio in NSW. Our training is unique to the individual trained. What is group personalised training? You are in a group environment - maximum of 14 per session. We have experienced, expert personal trainers, monitoring each individual and providing various exercises specific to the goals and training you are completing.

This is perfect if you are a beginner to fitness or an expert looking for that extra push. Our trainers are friendly, fun but know what it takes to achieve results. 

 

Personal Training

Is available for the individual that is unable to make it to our group times, or would like a more personalised session. 
 
An initial assessment is given before commencing your program. This way we can determine what your goals are and how we are going to achieve them. 
 
Nutrition is a key component in everyones program. A nutrition plan specific to you is offered to cater for each individuals needs and goals.
 
You can rest assure that you are in safe hands. All our trainers are fully qualified and have had many years of experience between them.
 

Outdoor Fitness

For individuals that enjoy training in an outdoor environment, we provide a range of outdoor circuit classes and personal training sessions. Double Bay provides some of the most beautiful sights to train in and locals will often see the No Fear Fitness team pushing individuals through various outdoor exercises. Along with this, we also offer a a weekly run for individuals keen on running the hilly streets of Double Bay and beyond.

 

TRX Training

TRX suspension training is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercises. It enables you, the individual to safely perform various exercises that build flexibility, strength, balance, mobility and prevent injuries.

We tend to use TRX during both group and 1-2-1 training and also offer it as a full session.

 

Kids Fitness

Each term, the No Fear Fitness team offer fun training programs for children under 15. We focus on a range of motor skills and basic fitness principles to increase your childs exercise levels. We provide one session per week over the coarse of each term.
